Before you book
For most treatments, yes — and it's worth it. A consultation lets us assess your skin type, review your medical history and recommend the treatment that will actually get you the result you want.
Cosmetic and aesthetic treatments are generally not covered by medical insurance and are paid out of pocket. If your concern may have a medical component, mention it — some conditions can be evaluated as a medical visit instead.
Come with clean skin if you can, skip retinoids and exfoliating acids for a few days beforehand, and avoid heavy sun exposure. Tell us about any recent treatments, medications or allergies when you book.
Often, yes. Both services are in the same building with the same team. Call 847-375-9711 and we'll try to schedule them back to back so you only make one trip.
