Before your first visit
Yes. Dr. Gordon and the care team are accepting new patients of all ages, from newborns through seniors. Book online or call 847-375-9711 and we'll find you a time.
Bring a photo ID, your insurance card, a list of current medications and supplements, and any recent test results or records from a previous provider. Completing our new-patient forms in advance saves time at the front desk.
We hold appointment slots for urgent same-day needs. Call the clinic as early in the day as you can and describe your situation — our staff will let you know what's available.
Our team speaks English, Ukrainian, Russian and Polish fluently. You'll be examined and counselled in the language you're most comfortable with — no phone interpreter required.

Yes — we have a phlebotomist on staff, so most routine blood work can be drawn during your visit instead of sending you to an outside lab.
