Svetlana Bielecki is a board-certified Adult Nurse Practitioner with over 20 years of advanced practice experience and more than 25 years in nursing. Licensed in Illinois and nationally certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AANP), she has worked across hospital, outpatient, and private practice settings.

“I see each patient as unique and I am devoted to provide them with high-quality health care to promote a healthy and happy lifestyle.” Dr. Olena Gordon, MD, earned her medical degree in Ukraine and completed her residency training at St. Mary and Elizabeth Medical Center. Dr. Gordon is a board-certified family physician. She is fluent in English, Ukrainian, and Russian and conversant in Polish. Dr. Gordon’s clinical interests include treating the elderly, women’s health, weight-loss guidance, pediatrics, and preventative medicine. In addition, Dr. Gordon treats children, adolescents, adults, and the elderly.
Svetlana Bielecki, MS, ANP-BC, RN
Svetlana Bielecki is a board-certified Adult Nurse Practitioner with over 20 years of advanced practice experience and more than 25 years in nursing. Licensed in Illinois and nationally certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AANP), she has worked across hospital, outpatient, and private practice settings.
Her clinical expertise spans orthopedics, neurosurgery, cardiology, endocrinology, oncology, and primary care. Since 2009, she has served as an Orthopedic Nurse Practitioner at the University of Chicago, caring for patients in emergency, inpatient, outpatient, and surgical settings. She also brings prior experience from Northwestern Memorial Hospital and community-based practices.
Svetlana earned her Master of Science in Nursing (Adult Nurse Practitioner) and BSN from North Park University, and holds an earlier Master’s in Biology and Chemistry from Ivan Franko National University of Lviv, Ukraine. She is fluent in Ukrainian, Russian, and Polish, and is an active member of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and the Ukrainian Medical Association of North America (UMANA).
